The first time you sign in, OmniSynx Health shows you a short agreement (an End-User License Agreement, or EULA) and asks you to acknowledge it. This page explains what it says — in plain words — and why it exists.
If you are a patient
Your agreement is built around one principle: your right to be fully informed, and your right to choose.
- You are entitled to clear, complete information about your condition and your options.
- Every decision about your care is always yours, made together with your treating doctors. Nothing on this platform ever decides for you.
- What we provide is information to bring into that conversation — not a diagnosis, not a prescription, not medical advice.
- In an emergency, contact your local emergency services — this helpdesk is never the right place for urgent situations.
If you are a doctor or researcher
Your agreement is built around one principle: educational and academic use only.
- Analyses and engine outputs here are for education, academic discussion and research.
- The platform is not a certified medical device, and its outputs are not validated for direct clinical decision-making.
- Your own professional judgment, clinical guidelines and institutional protocols always prevail — and independent verification is expected before any use beyond education.
Why we record your acceptance
When you tick the box, we stamp the date and time into a permanent, tamper-proof audit log. For patients this documents that your right to informed participation was honored from day one; for clinicians it documents the agreed scope of use. You are asked only once — after that you go straight to your workspace on every sign-in.
What if I decline?
Declining simply signs you out. You can come back and accept any time — nothing is lost, and no ticket or file is affected.
